The men had been chased out (even the Bannik) and it was time for the dressmaker (a literal domestic goddess) on loan from the Faerie Court to get the bridesmaids fitted for their dresses.

She looked at the arrayed girls and smirked. "Aside from height, you all seem to be the same body type. That should make things simpler."

Tim's mother winced. "I'm actually kind of glad I slept through that whole thing." she said, shaking her head. "Baba Yaga put a sleeping spell on me as part of her plan to extort Tim." she explained.

"You also missed some embarrassing things I bet Tim's glad you slept through too." T'ing agreed. "Oh, and a Ringwraith is a monster from the Master of the Bracelets. Eleziane's father was obsessed with it at the time."

"Master of the Bracelets," Gwynn said with a small smile. "I tried to watch those movies, but I got a bit upset at the bad archery and stupidity of walking into traps with their eyes wide open."

"Well you know, characters in stories can only be as smart or competent as is convenient for the story. No matter they've been portrayed in the past." Eleziane said. "I keep having to remind Neil of that."

Gwynn smiled. "I just tend to get really annoyed when the so called archer is being stupid," she admitted.

"I haven't actually seen the movies yet." T'ing confessed. "But I have read the books."

Eleziane grimaced. "Yeah me too. Daddy insisted. You've got my condolences."

"Technically the movies haven't even come out yet. Though that's not really an issue for any of us. Neil's constantly showing borrowing movies from Tim from the future."

Gwynn laughed softly. "I have not yet gotten used to all the different times and worlds and futures," she confessed.

"Yeah, I guess you kind of win in that regard too. We only have to get used to at most, a decade. You've had to deal with a few centuries."
