Glenwood High School, Friday December 1st
Dec. 1st, 2006 10:55 pmTruth be told, Neil had sometimes wondered just what T'ing saw in Tim. At first anyway. Being an outside observer he'd seen the sparks between them before they did, but he'd been somewhat mystified by it. Then he got to know Tim, and he figured it out. Tim was steady, physically weak, but only physically, and way tougher than one would think. The kid had guts comin' out his ears, he'd tackled a monster with sharp teeth, and really long claws off a cliff for God's sake. And that was the kinda guy a girl like T'ing was likely to be drawn to.
Then he had the mystery of why Tim would choose a frigid, aloof goody goody Student council Priss, over a vivacious, hot ass blonde who was always a second away from attacking him. Most kids like Tim would kill to trade places with him in that regard.
Then he'd walked a few months in Tim's shoes, and found out that T'ing wasn't nearly as frigid as he'd thought. Turns out when she was with a guy she really liked, there was passion there she didn't show anyone else.
Neil was feeling sort of guilty about all this. He was kissing Tim's girl, and she was kissing him, under false pretenses. If Tim would just hurry up and get back so they could switch their bodies back, then the plan to reunite Tim and T'ing would be complete and he could stop feeling guilty.
So it was almost a relief when he felt a familiar hand grab him by the back of his neck.
